Ingredients
¾ cup milk (any type)
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ tsp vanilla essence
1Tb maple syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all together and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with fruit, and a sprinkle of nuts, muesli, or granola if desired before eating.
- Also makes a great afternoon sweet snack.
