Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste or peanut butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- juice of 2 lemons (¼ cup)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add a little more lemon juice or cumin to get the flavour just right.
Add to your lunchbox in a small container and pack some pita crisps or sliced vegetables in a small container to keep them fresh.
