Homemade Moroccan Seasoning

This versatile mix is great on roasted veggies, to marinate meat and to season dips, soups and casseroles.
Cayenne pepper (or chilli powder) is optional. Add as much as you like!

What you’ll need:
– 1 Tbsp brown sugar
– 4 tsp paprika
– 4 tsp cumin
– 2 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp ground cloves (optional)
– 1 tsp ground ginger
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 tsp ground black pepper
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or chilli powder)

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. Use as much as you like when cooking, remember to taste!
